We use standard mailing boxes and the return address will show as JDC Enterprises. There is no mention of "wigs" or "hair" anywhere on the outer packaging.
This excludes any international/APO/FPO customs forms. The customs form may include a description of products ordered such as "Cosmetics" or "Human Hair"
Pending: We have received your order and it is ready to move to the next step (Usually the following business day)
Wig In Production: Your custom wig order is currently being manufactured.
Wig In Final Stages: Your custom wig is in the final stages of completion, and will be quality inspected before being processed for shipment.
Processing Shipment: Your order is being packaged and prepared to ship out. Your order will likely be shipped out in the next few business days
Shipped Complete: Your order has left our facilities and has been sent to you.
Pending Credit Card Approval: We have received your credit card information but your card has not yet been charged.
Packaged Ready to ship: Your order contents have been packaged, sealed, and generally will be shipped out within the next 24 hours.
Paypal Pending:Your order information has been received, but is still pending another step before we begin processing it. Your order will stay in this status until all funds have cleared your paypal account. Depending on your method of payment via PayPal, this can take up to a week.
Back Order: The allotted shipping time has passed and one or more of the items in your order are currently not available. Back Order items will be shipped as soon as we are able to. (Please note: If you're your item is in back order you have 3 options to choose from, you may either wait for the item(s) to come in, you may request a substitution of equal value, or you may request a refund for that item.)
On Hold: There is a problem with your order and we are waiting for a response from you. Please contact us to correct the situation.
Order Delayed:There is a problem with your order, and has been delayed past the expected shipping date. Please see comments for that order for more information, or contact us.
Canceled: Your order has been canceled. If you have been charged anything your money has been, or will be refunded. Please see order notes for further details.
Waiting For Options: Your order has been received and we are waiting for you to send in your custom wig options and measurements (Usually if you have ordered from eBay).
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the destination location and the weight of your package.
To get an instant and accurate quote of what your shipping cost will be, you cand add your desired items to your shopping cart. Then click "Checkout" Once you have entered your shipping address, you will then see a list of possible shipping options to choose from. The list includes pricing and delivery times.
Unless your wig specifically states "IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP", you are purchasing a custom wig. Wig processing time takes approx. 6-8 weeks (unless a rush option is chosen)
Choosing colors
The colors shown on our color chart, are true to the actual wig colors, however Monitor settings, lighting and video cards all affect the way in which those colors are viewed. So on your monitor it is possible that the colors appear differently. We highly recommend purchasing a color ring before making your wig order, to make absolutely sure you are getting the correct color.
Refunds & Return Policy
All sales are final.
Packages returned to JDC Wigs will be returned unopened a sender’s expense, or may be subject to a 25% re-stock fee, the cost of shipping will not be returned. Any used /opened merchandise may be discarded without notice and no refund given. Due to state and federal health codes, we will not return ship used merchandise.
Please take your measurements and other options very carefully. We will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible if you did not measure properly and your wig does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings. We recommend you purchase a color ring before choosing your wig colors.
If you receive your order and items have been damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package so that we can re-send you undamaged products, give you a refund for damaged products, or contact the courier service to file an insurance claim on your behalf. It may not always be possible to replace damaged items, in which case an insurance claim, or refund will be provided.
Under special circumstances a refund may be required. We will only issue refunds in the form of store credit on orders over $100.
Shipping Costs, Description & Information
Most orders are processed within 1 Business Day. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated for you during the checkout process for the country, state & address you provide. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS 3Day Mail. International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Airmail Parcel Post, USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Global Express Mail. You will be presented with a total cost of your order, including shipping, prior to finalizing the order or entering your credit card info. Guaranteed Delivery Times: Any guaranteed delivery time is made by the carrier service, NOT JDC Wigs Furthermore, the guarantee is only in effect once the order has left JDC Wigs and is in transit, and not from the time of the order being placed. Under NO circumstances do we provide a refund for shipping even if a delivery time is not met. Transit time is counted in business days. If the order is placed on Friday, the 1st business day is the following Monday. For a more accurate time estimate on the arrival of your package, please refer to www.ups.com or www.usps.com. Both of these carriers have a shipping time calculator on their website. Once again, this time estimate is once the package has been shipped from the premises of JDC Wigs The only reason a package will be delayed is if there is an error in the shipping info, billing info or an issue with the carrier.
Please double check the shipping address you have entered for your order. Any errors in the shipping or billing address may cause the order to be delayed until we obtain the correct information.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected if there is a problem with the provided address and the shipping method that was selected. JDC Wigs. reserves the right to substitute a comparable shipping method at our own discretion. For instance, UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO, or PO Box addresses, and sometimes even certain contries have issues accepting particular carriers and shipping methods. We also reserve the right split up your order into multiple shipments if needed. Some items can only be shipped ground etc. Shipping Options: For the best description of each of the shipping services we offer, please refer to the actual carriers websites at www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com.
The estimated delivery times listed on our website are an average delivery time. We can never guarantee delivery by any particular date or by any particular shipping method you may choose. Again under NO circumstances do we provide a refund for shipping.
Tracking Information: Many of our shipping methods do not offer real time tracking. They simply provide a “delivery confirmation” number. This does not provide a real time tracking of your package. For a complete description of what this “delivery confirmation” number provides, please refer to www.USPS.com. Keep in mind that USPS does not normally update any tracking information until a delivery attempt has been made.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Shipments
If your shipment has been lost/stolen or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery/ Expected delivery. If you have not chosen any free shipping offer, your package was insured and we can open a claim on your behalf. We do not insure free shipping orders, you will need to contact the courier service responsible. We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, damaged orders.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. JDC Wigs does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fee.
Free Shipping/Insurance
Any FREE SHIPPING offer does not include shipping insurance or signature confirmation. If you would like signature confirmation or insurance on your mailed package, please choose an expedited shipping method. All shipping quotes (outside of FREE SHIPPING) include insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost/stolen or was damaged please contact your local post office, or the postal inspector.
Order Modification
Making modifications to your order, may cause additional delays to your estimated shipping date. Some modifications may still be made to custom wig orders, if the wig is in "Pending" or "Wig in Production" status. Any modifications made to custom wig orders that have already begun production will cause delays. RUSH orders will not be refunded if delays are caused by customer requested modifications that have resulted in any delays.
Order Cancellation
If your wig is in PENDING, or "Wig In Production" status, then Yes you can, however you will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders that are in Final Stages, Processing Shipment, or Shipped Complete cannot be canceled.
All non-wig orders are also subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Any order that is in or has begun status "Wig in Final Stages", "Processing Shipment" or "Shipped Complete" cannot be canceled.
Refunds will be in the form of a store credit. We will not issue cash/credit refunds on orders over $100
